立地条件

工厂是否有特定验货区域以供客人验货使用？

Thefactorymusthaveeitheranenclosedroomoradesignatedareathatisusedonlyforinspections.

Theremustbesufficientlightingandroomtostagegoodsandconductbothworkmanshipandmeasurementevaluations.ClearingoffaproductiontableisNOTacceptable.

Notapplicablewillapplyiffactorydoesnotmanufactureafinishedproduct.

核实工厂是否有1个单独房间或定的区域，用于验货。

该区域须有够的灯光和空间以便铺开产品，检查质量和尺寸。

临时清理1个生产台作为检验场所是不能接受的。

如果工厂不生产的成品，不需要这个验货区域。

Allareas(productionandsupportareas)musthaveenoughroomfortheworkerstoperformtheirjobswithoutinterferenceandinsafeconditions.Theremustbeenoughroomforproperexecutionofmanufacturingprocessesandtheequipmenttofunctionasintended.Blockedorcongestedareasarenotacceptable.

核实工厂的生产及相关区域是否有够的空间，员工进行作业时，不会互相干扰并且处于的工作环境。生产流转和设备运行有够的空间。区域堵塞或拥挤是不可接受的。

Allproductionandsupportareasmustexhibitproperhousekeepingfreeofcontaminantsthatcancontributetooff-standardordefectiveproduct.Allareasmusthavecleanworksurfaceswithoutunnecessaryclutter.Storagemustbeindesignatedareasonly.

核实工厂的生产及区域是否干净整洁，不符合标准的产品或次品出现。

各生产区域须整洁，没有不要的杂物。

杂物须存储在区域。

Thelightingmustbeenoughtobeabletoperformwhateverfunctionsareintendedwithouthavingtostraineyesight.

工厂的各生产区域是否有够的照明，以能够执行任一作业，不会导致工人视觉疲劳。

立地条件
Isthefacilitywellventilated?工厂的生产车间是否通风良好？

Theareamusthaveconstantairmovement:Ceilingfans,wallfans,roofvents,etc.Theareamustbecomfortableforworkersascountryconditionspermitandappropriateforproductbeingmade.

核实工厂的生产区域是否有相关设施来的空气流通：如壁扇，楼顶通风口等。

核实工厂给员工的工作环境符合国的要求，并且符合生产该类别产品所需的生产环境的要求。

工厂是否有备用电源，在断电的情况下可以继续生产？

工厂是否有汽油或柴油燃料的发电机，在电源故障情况下可以供电。如果工厂能生产需要的电力，回答YES。
